Beer & Associates, P.A. offers a unique mode of representation
rarely found in other firms. From the start of our representation,
each client's case is assigned to Linda and an associate attorney.
Linda, our associate, and our client will meet as soon as possible
after representation begins to formulate a plan for your case. Then,
Linda and your associate will work together to effectuate that plan.
This
dual mode of representation gives our clients the best of both worlds:
Linda's more than fifteen years of expertise as well as your associate
attending to the day-to-day management of the case at a lower hourly
rate. Approximately once per month, or more frequently if necessary,
Linda and your associate will meet to discuss the status of your case
as well as any changes to your case plan. This dual mode of
representation also assures that there will never be a missing link on
your case. For example, if your associate attorney is out of the
office at a court hearing or meeting, you may be able to reach Linda
instead to answer your immediate questions.
Our clients always have the choice of how they want to utilize our services. You can choose which attorney will attend hearings and meetings. If
you choose both Linda and your associate attorney to attend a hearing
or meeting, your are charged only for Linda's time at Linda's rate.*
*Excluding trial preparation and trial.
