Jennifer has been an associate
attorney with de Beer & Associates, P.A. since the fall of 2006.
She practices in the areas of family law, estate and trusts, and probate
litigation. Jennifer focuses on
practical, individualized solutions for clients and their families. She has extensive experience in advising and
representing clients regarding custody and parenting time, child support,
complex property valuation and division, spousal maintenance, and post-decree
matters.
Jennifer is a graduate of
Bradley University, summa cum laude, and a 2004 graduate of William Mitchell
College of Law. She is a member of the
Minnesota and Hennepin County
Bar Associations and is trained in Collaborative Law. She was named a Rising
Star by Minnesota Law and Politics
magazine in 2007.
Jennifer enjoys being outdoors,
reading, home improvement projects, and traveling.She spends much of her free time with her
friends and family, including her two adorable nephews.
