Louise C. Rogness

Louise Rogness has been an associate attorney with the firm since August 2004. Since her graduation from William Mitchell College of Law in 2004, she focused her practice in the area of Family law. As an experienced litigator, she is skilled at helping clients through complex divorces. Ms. Rogness also handles cases through the Collaborative process for those wishing to pursue non-traditional methods for resolving their disputes.

In addition to practicing Family Law, Ms. Rogness also enjoys helping clients plan for their families' future estate planning needs. Many clients visit with Ms. Rogness following completion of their family law case, to make sure their important papers are in order, such as wills, powers of attorney, trusts, or health care directives. Ms. Rogness is a regular volunteer through the Volunteer Lawyers Network.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Rogness was employed in social services. Her position was a great use of her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Morris, that she received in 1998. Ms. Rogness is a regular volunteer through the Volunteer Lawyers Network.
